Before starting my transformation I couldn't do jumping jacks for more than 15 seconds, I couldn't jog, I had to lift soup cans.
WHAT I CAN DO NOW!
I am in better shape and healthier than when I was 16. Now I can pick up all THREE of my kids at the same time, helping my son to train for a triathlon and love being active daily.
