I let my metabolism come to a screeching halt by NOT eating! My joints inflamed and that was my excuse for bring sedentary. I thought about exercising every moment but could never commit.
WHAT I CAN DO NOW!
I'm shy, so I decided to get a trainer and that way I would go if someone was waiting for me. This transformation has taken a year of weight training three days per week with cardio every day and Pilates. I'm ecstatic!!
