WHAT I COULDN’T DO BEFORE?
I could barely pass my army physical fitness test! One day I looked in the mirror and told myself it was time for a change!
WHAT I CAN DO NOW!
I weight lift with a trainer 3 days a week and do cardio 6 days a week! I am now more than able to pass my physical fitness tests and when the Soldiers in my unit ask me how I did it, I simply say I eat clean and make sure I exercise regularly! I started making time for me again. I am currently halfway to goal!
