Eating Clean is the only way to eat, for long lasting weight loss results and wellness management.
This is the original diet, as founded by Robert Kennedy and Tosca Reno and the Eat Clean revolution, as coined by Dr. Oz, is here to stay.
If weight loss is your goal, this book is for you.
Start by Striking Sugar from your diet, as this is the only way to make real, long lasting weight loss progress. Sugar and refined products cause damage deep within the cells. If your body spends all of its time trying to rid itself of the flood of sugar we feed it, how will it perform optimally? What you eat dictates every moment of every day. Are you lean, overweight, or obese? Are you exploding with energy or do you find yourself falling asleep at your desk? When you give your body clean fuel, it will perform so smoothly you won’t even give it a second thought … that is, until you catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror or a store window and see how amazing you look!
At the grassroots level, The Eat-Clean Diet® started when the then overweight Tosca Reno was offered a challenge by her late husband, Robert Kennedy – fitness publishing icon, to shape up and enter a bodybuilding contest. He taught her how to “eat clean” like the rest of the bodybuilding community. Tosca accepted the challenge and within 2 years was competing in her first show. During her transformation, other women constantly approached her wondering how she did it. It was from this interest that Tosca decided to write The Eat-Clean Diet®. It has since become an international bestseller with over 2 million copies sold.
