Tosca’s career as a writer began with her “Raise the Bar” column for Oxygen magazine. The column targets women 40 and older, offering motivational advice about training, eating clean and beginning healthy, purposeful living.
Readers connected with the deeply personal column, a place where Tosca shared the details of her journey of transformation, her triumphs and challenges, and the advice she had to share with others. Oxygen’s editorial inboxes were filled with questions for Tosca. Recognizing that others were as hungry for change as she once was, Tosca decided to encompass the content of her column in a book called The Eat-Clean Diet®. It was a huge success, selling out in a matter of weeks pushing the publisher to send the book into an immediate reprint.
Since then, Tosca has expanded The Eat-Clean Diet® into a series of ten books including The Eat-Clean Diet® For Men, The Eat-Clean Diet® for Family and Kids, The Eat-Clean Diet® Companion and the newly released The Eat-Clean Diet® Recharged! In just five years, the books have sold over a million copies!
Tosca’s book list is still growing. In Fall 2009, she released, Tosca Reno’s Eat Clean Cookbook, a beautiful hardcover cookbook with 150 new recipes, each accompanied with a gorgeous full-page photo. Tosca had two goals with this book: first, she wanted to demonstrate that healthy eating can be delicious; and second, she wanted an elegant piece that readers would be happy to keep on their kitchen counters. The book was well received and was nominated for a Gourmand World Cookbook Award!
Tosca's latest venture is with Harlequin Enterprises’ non-fiction division. Tosca’s book, Your Best Body Now, will be available in Fall 2010.

Currently, Tosca still writes her hugely successful column for Oxygen magazine, has a column in Clean Eating magazine and contributes regularly to Maximum Fitness and Reps! magazines.
