Give Day 2: Happy Holidays Cardio Circuit
It just seems to happen around the holidays that a million little things creep up and eat into our gym time. Does that ever happen to you? Today is Day 2 of 25 Days of Giving, and I'd like to help you out with your holiday exercise schedule by making it a little easier.

Best of all, with all that blood flowing around your body, you'll feel refreshed and energized so you can keep milling about your holiday activities.
