Walking is life.  You gotta' move your feet to get from here to there and there is always greener isn’t it?  Check out the hills and trails in your surrounds.  Single?  You might even meet a cute somebody walking his or her dog.  I always do when I walk the Rail Trail with my dog Davidson.  Breathe deep, enjoy the fresh air and reset your “Stressed Out” button to “I’m chilling thanks.”  Time to get started people!
