Start Here Diet - Challenge Day 17 - Sign Up for a Physical Challenge

Today's Challenge: [highlight color="eg. yellow, black"]Sign up for a physical challenge today – a 5km walk or run. [/highlight]

From your vantage point on the couch it is difficult to imagine the success you are about to experience.  I know.  I was one of those couch folks.

I set myself a goal early in my RENO-vation.  I wanted to be able to run 5 kilometres, even if it was just on a treadmill.  This dummy actually fell off the treadmill once!

Okay so set the goal, go get it!  5 K is only 20 minutes of sweat.  It is in range if you Start Here!

No matter what challenge I have done, whether a 5K, a sprint-distance triathlon (pictured above with my daughter), a half marathon, or a fitness competition, I have always felt my best & most focused with  a goal to achieve.
