Everybody loves fries and once in a while I do too, but then I felt bad for ignoring cauliflower, sweet potatoes, broccoli and all those other great vegetables so I decided not to be a snob anymore.  I opened my arms and my fridge and made mad love with vegetables.

Roasting or baking them makes them tastes pretty darned awesome - good enough to pass up fries.
