Ever notice how boring movement is without sound? For me all I need to get my @$$ in gear is a totally bumping tune - like the 3 mentioned here. That kind of music makes me want to yell, shout, sweat, sing, dance and work out like a crazy woman.
Just ask my kids - they know I lose it a bit in the gym and I’m really loud when I work out. Result? I’m always in a great mood afterwards.
Come on, get loud and crazy today!
