Can you think of a place in your meal plan today where you can fit in a salad? I challenge you to replace one of your usual unhealthy sides (fries, white rice, chips) with a salad instead. Just think of the vitamins you are introducing into your life with just one salad - Vitamins A & K & C and more!
Greens because they are just so darned beautiful. You can better dress up your bowl of leaves with olive oil and vinegar on the side. Drizzle this good stuff slowly - don’t drown it, keep it a little naked ;)
