6:02 a.m.

Slept like baby. Time for 1 liter water spiked with lemon juice and sea salt = one full bladder!

6:15 a.m.

Empty bladder and other things (ahem) now can weigh self – down 8 pounds. Where was that hiding? Hey! Try on dress for wedding, see if fits different. Yes!! Waist better – good so zipper doesn’t explode on wedding day.

6:20 a.m.

1 espresso shot, 2 figs + ¼ cup Greek yogurt pre workout bites. Think about intention for day – set it: BE FEARLESS, GO HARD, DELIVER ALL!

6:30 a.m.

Gym clothes on, playing Tiesto beats on Jambox, cardio sweat session with mini-tramp, skipping rope and steps – yes steps in my own house. Want the workout?? Coming soon!

7:10 a.m.

Pouring with sweat, wiping from eyes, completely energized and ready for lifting – bi’s, tri’s and delts. Love the cuts in shoulders. Oh maybe do butt today too – stimulate metabolism, fat burn keep it perky. Oh h$%! Do abs too! 100 reps to destroy fat, makes cuts happen. Can’t stop now.

7:55 a.m.

Shakey! Time to eat – left it all in the gym today! I feel ripped and ready to face day. Um – what’s for breakfast?? Not sugar! Pile of greens, 2 organic eggs easy over and half tomato (from garden – had to try it). Hoovered that up plus more water. Don’t even want sweet anymore.

8:15 a.m.

Showered, but have to hurry for phone interview – do interview with soaking wet hair – it’s ok, not Skype! Can do naked but not good idea, even if down 8 pounds. LOL!

10:30 a.m.

Going to eat fingernails. Hummus, cucumber and 1 HBE for morning snack – super hungry. Tulsi tea for health.

1:00 p.m.

Beautiful kale in garden – made salad with avocado, pumpkin and flax seeds, blueberries (also from garden). So delicious! Seasonal eating is clean, green eating. Chelsea and Kelsey eat it too. We are all rabbits now.

3:30 p.m.

Second cardio session – getting tight and focused for wedding. Just 30 minutes but good sweat on mini-tramp. Love that thing!!

7:00 p.m.

Dinner with girls, pork tenderloin marinated in ACV, lemon juice and Bragg’s Seasonings, grilled and yummy. Spaghetti squash with pesto and steamed green beans with broccoli rabe. Fill up on veg. Feel satisfied. Easy to cook with lots of veg on hand.

9:30 p.m.

So tired! Long day so ready for bed. Reading emails from all of you. Booked speaking engagement at school and hospital about Striking Sugar and how to be resilient. So excited and blessed. I practice gratituding for 15 minutes before bed to say “Thank you” for my blessings in manner of “Thank you for hair, thank you for eyes, thank you for fingers, thank you for vegetables, thank you for roof over head, thank you for fur babies (dogs Maggie and Davidson), thank you for Kiersten, Chelsea, Kelsey, Rachel, Mat, Julian, Brendan, Mom ……. Oops fell asleep – so much to be thankful for. Maybe give gratitude for Mike from South Africa too? Or Mike from North America? Mike? Ah – dreaming.
