WHY DID I WRITE THIS PROGRAM?

With the credentials I have, I felt it was time to package them into an irresistible offering for anyone wanting to improve their state of health and fitness. The New Year is often considered the ideal time to reevaluate our physical selves and psychologically we also make resolutions to help us make these improvements. I applaud your decision.

 

In my experience, when you have made that decision, you need loads of support and guidance early on. The decision is still fragile and until you have repeated healthy, change inducing habits, you are still liable to abandon your plan before reaching your goals.

 

My program will help you stay on track because it is prescriptive, meaning you will know exactly what to do and when to do it. I know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to keeping myself on track because I have competed and prepared my body so many times, you might consider me the practice participant. I’ve test driven everything I’ve written into the program myself. I’ve shared my own nutrition plans and training regimens with you so you can achieve the fitness and health goals you have always desired for yourself.

 

WHY AM I STARTING THE PROGRAM ON JANUARY 12th?

What’s so special about that date? January 12th, 2015 happens to fall on a Monday which is psychologically the best day of the week on which to start any new regimen and Fitness Commitment is no exception! Starting on the 12th also gives you time to return from trips, holidaying and to get rid of leftover holiday foods while also giving you time to get your groceries stocked. My plan is to encourage you to prepare some of the foods in the recipe section of Week #1 so you'll get a leg up on the program. Don’t forget I will be doing all of this with you, so when you are out buying groceries a few days before we start, I will be right there with you doing it too. I might even run into you if you live in my area.

 

And finally, a highly motivating reason to start on January 12th is that 4 weeks later, when the program is over, it will be Valentine’s Day and you will have given yourself the best present of all - a brand new, healthier and more physically fit YOU!
