The 2016 Eat-Clean Diet 4-Week Spring Cleanse is about to begin…
The last several months have kept Dr. Rachel Corradetti, ND (my co-author) and I, busy with gearing up for the release of my Eat-Clean Diet(r) 4-Week Spring Cleanse. We’ve endured the cold weather (well, are still enduring it here north of Toronto), and have edited, revamped, tested, edited again and worked until the wee hours to get it ready for this weekend.
Are You Ready?
Don’t worry if you haven’t pre-ordered, you can still do so, and you can get started with us at any time. Some of you have expressed a concern that you may not be able to start tomorrow. Don’t worry. Pick your 4 week time slot and fit it into your calendar as you see fit.
Answers to Questions: The next week will likely be full of questions. We will do our best to answer these on the private Facebook group as well as here on the blog. As you can imagine, we get a lot of questions, especially in the early days, so please be patient with us while we get to your responses. The community here is wonderful at helping each other out, but if you don’t hear from the community or from us within a few days then please email [email protected] and we’ll help you out.
Support: We are here to support you through this transformational, 4-week challenge. We will spend most of our time on the private Facebook group where you can expect chats, videos, and more from us.
Change: Yes, change will happen, and it can be tough. We are here with you to help you through. Don’t give up!
How to Download Successfully.
Some of you prefer the hard copy version and for now, if you want it, the eBook can be printed out. I would only print out the recipes and exercises to save some poor old trees. We are working on a relationship with Amazon so that in future we can have them print and distribute for us.
