The 2016 Eat-Clean Diet 4-Week Spring Cleanse is about to begin…
The last several months have kept Dr. Rachel Corradetti, ND (my co-author) and I, busy with gearing up for the release of my Eat-Clean Diet(r) 4-Week Spring Cleanse. We’ve endured the cold weather (well, are still enduring it here north of Toronto), and have edited, revamped, tested, edited again and worked until the wee hours to get it ready for this weekend.
Are You Ready?
Don’t worry if you haven’t pre-ordered, you can still do so, and you can get started with us at any time. Some of you have expressed a concern that you may not be able to start tomorrow. Don’t worry. Pick your 4 week time slot and fit it into your calendar as you see fit.
Answers to Questions: The next week will likely be full of questions. We will do our best to answer these on the private Facebook group as well as here on the blog. As you can imagine, we get a lot of questions, especially in the early days, so please be patient with us while we get to your responses. The community here is wonderful at helping each other out, but if you don’t hear from the community or from us within a few days then please email [email protected] and we’ll help you out.
Support: We are here to support you through this transformational, 4-week challenge. We will spend most of our time on the private Facebook group where you can expect chats, videos, and more from us.
Change: Yes, change will happen, and it can be tough. We are here with you to help you through. Don’t give up!
How to Download Successfully.
Some of you prefer the hard copy version and for now, if you want it, the eBook can be printed out. I would only print out the recipes and exercises to save some poor old trees. We are working on a relationship with Amazon so that in future we can have them print and distribute for us.

Hi Tosca! I’m all prepped and ready with my cashew cream, hummus, granola and power balls! I started to eliminate some of the sugar from my diet recently,and all of the dairy (I’m a big fan of iced coffee with cream and sugar, so making that change was challenging), but I swear to you that my skin looks better already, and it’s only been 2 weeks! I cannot wait to see and feel the difference after the 4 week cleanse. I’ve been following you for years- thank you for always inspiring me to make positive changes.

You all are an inspiration for me. I use to exercise every day and eat very healthy and then I got hit with a medical issue. I am trying to get back on track, but it is very hard!! I hope I can quit coming up with excuses and get down to it! Getting over the addictions to sugar and potatoes/crackers and such is a BIG struggle.My husband went grocery shopping with me to get ready for this cleanse, and he said “at least you like everything you have in the basket”. 🙂

“Getting back on track” is a refrain I hear often. This Cleanse can be the switch that changes eating and taking care of yourself for the better. I am using the Cleanse myself for this very reason. Lean on the community to help you get through it. It is much easier if we all pull together.

I hope to gain a sense of empowerment and inner mental and physical cleanse of food, which in turn helps me be more authentic to me, choosing healthier choices, 85% of the time.
I think when I feel better inside and out, I will be more confident to say no to unhealthy food choices. Sometimes it means cooking two different lunches, when someone doesn’t like salads. My main go to food is salads if I can, and yet all winter I ate meats and roasted potatoes, beets & carrots.
I’m ready for a clean up and change up with your four week spring cleanse.

Thank you for your trust. It will feel a little unusual to try new foods, new recipes and new practices but with the support of this group, you will be carried through it. The payoff? Stunning health. The reason for no flavoured waters is because many of them still have chemicals in them. We are going chemical free for four weeks.

Hey Tosca!
I was so thrilled to find this cleanse. I’m a little intimidated by some of the recipe ingredients and food prep but I am not actually starting my cleanse until May 2, to give myself time to get familiar with everything. I am 56 and had foot surgery on February 1st. I was non-weight bearing for almost 6 weeks and I’m still not 100%. I think the rebounding and yoga will be just what I need.
I do have a question about why no carbonated, flavored drinks? I drink the La Croix water, which is only carbonated water and natural flavors. 0 fat, calories, carbs and sodium. I’m sure there is a reason. I was curious what it is.
