People have an enormous impact on your life.  Motivational speaker Jim Rohn states it even more clearly, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” I would like to be one of those people as your Wellness Guide.

Think about those five folks.  Who are they? How do they make you feel?  Are they happy people? Positive? How does being with them make you feel?

  • Do they support you in reaching your goals?
  • Do they make you feel capable of success?
  • Do they make you feel good about yourself?
  • Do they push you out of your comfort zone?
  • Do you feel energized and powerful after you have been with them?

It matters who you surround yourself with and that is why I have created my all-new membership program.  Many of you asked for more one-on-one guidance on a regular basis.  I have thought about the numerous ways in which to achieve that, while also listening to your requests, and put them in one of three membership plans.  

By signing up for either the COMMIT, BOOST or ENGAGE membership plan, I will deliver regular doses of what I do best.  I want to blanket you in wellness guidance, support, nutrition information, effective workouts, resilience strategies and a lot of love from me.

Perhaps you have a particular goal, like preparing for your son or daughters’ wedding.  Maybe you have decided you’ve had enough of being overweight.  Or like a formerly overweight housewife turned climber of Mount Everest, you are ready to put your personal stamp on the world.

Perhaps you are like I once was—ready to lose weight but not sure how. I made the mistake of thinking I could just run my fat away but until I sought out guidance from experienced people in the fitness business, I didn’t make a noticeable change.  I just became Skinny Fat.

Everything clicked when I connected with fitness and wellness professionals.  I soaked up their knowledge and more and transformed myself from obese and ill to lean and feeling dazzlingly alive.  Finally, I had reached my goals.

Let me help you achieve those goals you have long harboured.  I will put my arms around you as a Sister in Wellness.  I will change your life.
