When to trust your inner guidance system and know for sure healthy changes are happening.

The challenge with knowledge is to trust it in a world where knowledge is everywhere and downloadable for free.  But how do you trust when you don’t know the source? And how do you trust when you do?

The definitive answer to this question is… results.

Some of you have launched discussions about this challenge with other professionals.  You may have shared your plan with that person who then has comments to make about how you are losing weight and that you may be jeopardizing your muscle mass.  This could be one of a thousand conversations any of you are having about the challenge and your progress.

When I first began practicing the Eat Clean® lifestyle, I wasn’t an expert, nor was I an obsessed fan.  What I soon learned was that everything I did in the lifestyle including, eating clean foods and exercising, helped me implement powerful wellness habits into my life that I badly needed.

As an obese woman with blood sugar dis-regulation, depression and the potential of developing heart issues, thanks to my genetics, I needed to make changes that would take hold deep within me for the rest of my life.  I needed a plan that not only preserved my health but actually improved it.  I needed it to be practical and permanent.

The results stunned me. Yes, I lost excess weight to the tune of 84 pounds, but what had a stunningly profound effect on me was my dramatic return to health.  Every physician on my health care team, from my doctor to my dentist, remarked at the remarkable changes in my biochemistry. Certainly the weight loss had plenty to do with it but when my blood work came back from my doctor and it was that of a young teenager, with no further blood sugar abnormalities, and my heart health was perfect, I was over the moon.  Then my dentist was doing my regular scaling and there was little to no plaque to clean.  My gums were healthy and teeth equally so.

Everything about my physical body had changed.  To me, Eating Clean® was such an honest way to eat and care for myself, my inner guidance system took note and never wavered from that lifestyle again.

What results are you seeing? Perhaps physical results haven’t happened yet, but what about mental, emotional and spiritual results? Eating Clean® goes beyond dropping a dress size. It makes remarkable change on all aspects of your psyche.

We can’t wait to hear what you’ve experienced thus far!

Did you take before and after pictures? Did you do your measurements? Did you write down your key areas of struggle in your health and in your approach to weight loss? Let’s get it all down on paper and see how far you have come so far.

While your body is busy making wonderful changes deep inside you, trust that your inner guidance system is right.  You are feeling better. You do have more energy. You are gaining muscle mass.  Your mind is clearer.  You skin is glowing and blemish free.  You are returning to wellness, you aren’t just imagining it.

Wishing you continued success on the challenge.

Dr. Rachel Corradetti ND and I are here for you.

Warmly,

Tosca
