Chocolate Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup base of your choice 1⁄2 cup frozen mixed berries 3⁄4 cup frozen mango
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1⁄4 tsp unrefined sea salt
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 Tbsp natural nut butter
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/8 tsp grated nutmeg

Instructions

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
    2. Adjust texture by adding more liquid if necessary.
