Chocolate Power Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup base of your choice 1⁄2 cup frozen mixed berries 3⁄4 cup frozen mango
- 1 Tbsp raw cacao nibs
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1⁄4 tsp unrefined sea salt
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 Tbsp natural nut butter
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/8 tsp grated nutmeg
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Adjust texture by adding more liquid if necessary.
