Hello and welcome. It makes my heart happy to share these next few minutes with you, leading you through a Compassionate Love meditation. The foundation of what I teach is built on the idea of the 3 pillars, or 3 E’s of Wellness – Eating Clean, Exercise and Emotional Self-care.
During these stressful times, many confusing emotions arise. Taking care of your Emotional Self is more important than ever. One minute you feel strong and capable and the next you feel grief. It is difficult to navigate the ever-changing river of emotions.
But now is not the time to judge. Now is the time to be compassionate with yourself and with others with whom you may be quarantined or estranged in your life.
Let the power of forgiveness and the gift of the ancient Hawaiian Ho’oponopono prayer provide a loving embrace.
