Emerald Spirulina Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1⁄2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup milk base of your choice
- 1⁄4 cup full fat, plain cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp spirulina
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Adjust texture by adding more liquid if necessary.
