Why I Created this Guide

We’ve all been there—the more complicated your diet feels, the harder it is to stick to. And with so many differing opinions on how to eat “right”, uncomplicating your relationship with food is more important than ever before.

By focusing on tried-and-true principles for burning fat, losing weight, and ensuring essential nutrition, I’ve built these recipes to give you the most straightforward path to a healthier body without having to count calories or go to other extremes.
