Sparkle & Shine Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Frozen raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
- 1 scoop TR90 Greenshake
- ½c. Plain Greek-style yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut oil
- Pinch nutmeg
- Pinch cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Puree all ingredients. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit of water or coconut water and blend again.
