Veggie Frittata

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful chopped mixed veggies – onion, mushroom, pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dry turmeric

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and place in hot non-stick pan. Cook until golden brown on bottom and flip if you wish to make golden brown on other side also.
