Why I Created this Guide

Supercharge your metabolism, burn off body fat, sculpt lean muscle—these might sound like out-of-reach ideals, but they’re actually well within your grasp! The problem is that most people struggle to stay on track, due to confusion about what to do and how to do it efficiently. I created these programs to help you set worthwhile, realistic goals and stay accountable while moving steadily towards them.
